Dual Boot Vista/XP and Internet Connection Problem

I have the exact opposite problem from what I expected...I have a wireless connection under Vista, but when I try to connect on the XP partition, it sees my router no problem, and asks for my key(WEP), but when I enter it, nothing happens. No error or anything, the box just disappears, and my tray icon flashes a wireless network available balloon.
I
had done a clean install of Vista, and then created another partition on the same HDD for XP, just for the express purpose of using my printer and any other software that Vista doesn't like. So far I haven't found anything that won't work with Vista expect the printer, so the XP connection isn't a big deal, just annoying. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks, Fraser
